Just Brakes ripoff They quoted a price of $117.00 when the work was done they said it would be $711.00 Largo Florida
The mechanic looked at the brakes and came back with a written report with a total of $117.00. I gave him the OK to do the job. When it was completed the report said $711.00. I asked him what happened to the $117.00 job? He said there was no such thing as a $117.00 brake job. I told him I didn't have that much money and to put the old parts back on and I would pay the labor.He went outside and drove my car back into the garage and locked the door and said he would call the police.I went to the bank and returned with the money and to finish my conversation with the manager who locked himself in the office because i had become very angry and had to be somewhere so I paid the bill and left!
