Just Brands Ripoff Does Not Refund Returned Items Miami Florida
In June 2004 - I ordered a Nike Imara Heart Rate Monitor from Just Brands, because their price was $10 lower than everyone else's.
I received the item - but the watch did not function properly. The time couldn't be set.
There were no instructions on how to return the item, so I took the invoice and returned the item to the address listed on the box. I sent the item delivery confirmation (and it was returned).
When I did not hear from them I called them. They said that I should have requested a return authorization for the item (there was no instruction to this effect with the item). They said they would look for the package.
They have not "found" the package that was delivered to their address, nor have they refunded my money four months later. They continue to evade any discussion of a refund for their defunct product.
