Just Dreams Scam ... Rip off.... Honolulu Hawaii
Our Family fell for this place too... They promised us 5 star vacations for only $250 down and $78 a month. They said once a year they would take out an additional $150 as an annual fee. They never took it out, so I called them to ask why, and make sure our bill was paid. They passed me around and kept me on hold for 4 hours. I finally gave up and figured if they wanted their money they know where it is cause they take the $78 bucks a month out just fine. A few months later I called them and wanted to book our next vacation and they said we had not paid our annual fee so we were no longer their customer.
I said really cause you still take out our monthly bill. They said you still have to pay for what you signed up for. I said how does that work, we pay you for nothing? They said you are paying for the signed documented papers saying you wanted the vacation package. I said I still want the package, we are paying you for it now we want to use it. They went round and round with me until I hung up and called my bank. I changed my Debit card number and when Just dreams started calling me trying to collect the $78 a month I told them you said we could cancel any time so we want to cancel.
They said you can but you still have to pay until your bill is paid in full. I said what bill? I never got anything from you, how can you charge us for nothing? They said cause you signed our document. I said I am sorry but your not getting any more of my money. At this time I had already paid them over $1000 and had gotten nothing from them except for getting into a Luau for $15 cheeper than the regular price. Our price we had agreed to and we signed for was $2400 total, they were claiming we still owed them $2372.
Again for nothing, we never got anything from them and we had paid every month for almost a year. Now 3 years later they are trying to sue me. Sent someone to my door to serve me papers... WTF... I dont know what to do... I can not afford to go back to HI just for court, to fight this SCAM... I dont want them to start garnishing my wages. I live paycheck to paycheck as it is.... Could I really lose everything over this SCAM.... ??? Sorry if my spelling is bad, I couldnt find spell check.
