I set up a web domain through Just Host Ltd. (www.justhost.com) starting on June 10, 2010. On March 28, 2011 I cancelled the account. The cancellation was successful because Jost Host Ltd eliminated my domain within a few days of the cancellation.
On June 7, 2011, Just Host Ltd. charged my PayPal account, as if I had not cancelled the account. When I realized this illegal charge, I contacted Just Host at several e-mail addresses (

[email protected],
[email protected]) as well as several online chats to no avail. I did not hear anything from
[email protected] for six days. Just Host Ltd. replied from other email adresses, but their responses were limited to the variation of "I can see this ticket is a duplicate and will now be closed. Your query will be dealt with in your separate ticket. You have been responded to in a separate ticket which is (Ticket #*******).
Even after almost one week of e-mailing, this situation has not been resolved.
