Do not buy from JustLabCoats or PulseUniform: takes weeks to receive the product, which is an unusable lab coat and they have awful customer service.
I placed an order with JustLabCoats for a lab coat with my name embroidered on it, paying extra for rush delivery because I needed to wear the lab coat to a work event in just over a week. When I didn't get the lab coat from JustLabCoats by the day before the event, I went to a local uniform store and bought a lab coat and had it embroidered on the spot at a kiosk in the local shopping mall.
I didn't hear anything back from JustLabCoats for over 3 weeks. Then I received an email from JustLabCoats apologizing for the delay. I received my lab coat from JustLabCoats in the mail a few days later. The lab coat had my name embroidered in a position where my entire last name was covered by the collar of the lab coat!
I emailed JustLabCoats to let them know the problem. The response I received back from someone named Karen at JustLabCoats (in such poor English that it was hard to read) was to iron the collar of the lab coat to try make it smaller so it wouldn't cover my entire last name.
Of course, that's a ridiculous suggestion, as it would look weird and change the entire style of the lab coat. Considering that I ordered that particular lab coat from JustLabCoats for its style, that wasn't a reasonable solution. I let Karen at JustLabCoats know that I needed a better solution but never got a reply. Her number is 847-879-1162 and 866-967-8573 x13.
I just want to warn the public NOT to buy anything from JustLabCoats or their other company PulseUniform since this is the kind of terrible service you can expect from JustLabCoats! And if you have already fallen victim to their terrible service, contact Karen at the numbers above until she does something to fix the problem.

Replacement Lab Coat Received

A few weeks after posting this report I received an email offering me a refund or a replacement lab coat, so I requested a replacement lab coat and have just received it. Case closed. Verdict: I will still never buy from them again.
