Finally we got our refund! Here is what we did: (1) Left repeated phone messages (2) Repeatedly emailed just-leather.com (3) Published our story in RIPOFFREPORTS.COM (4) Repeatedly forwarded the RIPOFFREPORT.COM report to just-leather.com (5) Submitted complaint to the New Jersey Attorney General's office (6) Threatened to set up different websites just about them. After six months and repeated lies from the company that "the check was in the mail", they finally sent us a full refund and it has cleared the bank. Please continue to file your complaints with the New Jersey Attorney General's office in the hope that they will finally shut down this deceiving individual. If anyone feels they need to set up the web sites I mentioned above, I will gladly submit material to it.
