Well obviously before I logged a complaint with paypal (and won the dispute) and put complaint on here, I obviously did try to contact you on SEVERAL occasion with no luck or response, had I gotten a response I would not have been forced to the extreme of openening a dispute with paypal (which you would have been notified of seeing that I won the "case" so to speak), if you had responded to my request of refunding me my money seeing as the goods were never delivered I would not have had to gone to any measures now would I? I don't see how you can not know you took some ones money for a service and never provided it or bothered to respond when you customer asked for a refund. The only reason paypal has not reversed the charge and refunded me that way was cause there was no money in your account, had there been by me winning the dispute they would have refunded me my payment. So before coming on here playing innocent about having such a good reputation... what kind of company takes money for a customer and not provide them with anything for that money? and then doesn't bother to refund.. or even contact said customer when customer on NUMEROUS occasion tried to contact you with no response.

We are currently very confused by this complaint. We dont have any record of this customer online, we have not had any contact, and we dont use PayPal. If the customer can get in touch with us and explain what has happened we are more than happy to sort out your proble. JustTheCV has a fantastic reputation of being the UKs top CV company, and we have a great reputation for customer services and more importantly the quality of CVs we produce for our customers.
