Ok here is the story. I was tired and spent time looking on the internet for a web hosting company. Justhost advertised "just 3.45 a month" and I thought I would try it for a month. I completed the needed info and thought I was being billed for one month. Seconds after I completed the process invoices for $128.75 and $32.90 came flying into my email. The money was sucked out of my account. The 24/7 support number just rang. The only viable line of communication was the live chat. I explained to them I had been charged for services I did not order she said call the 1-888 number. I called and it just rang then disconnected. I knew I was in trouble then. How can this be possible when the site is endorsed by the BBB?
I am a struggling business woman and cannot take this kind of loss. This must be stopped. The trickery is unbelievable. Be very careful on this site they are out to trap you. I know I must always be on my guard...at all times...you got me justhost but I have the last word now.

On 12/10 I was told I would receive a refund...nothing yet. What did I expect.
I have had other companies refund money in a few days. I have little hope these "low lives" will even refund the money they owe me. I will keep you updated.

I am adding a photo so you can see the snag, how did I get trapped in this I don't know. If they are being honest I may get all my money back minus the $20.00. They are keeping $20.00 for the domain name. Rip Off. I will report back to let you know if I do get a refund.
This is costing me more than the money, I am so stressed and have spent hours trying to reverse the process. Please be careful, do not work online when you are tired. Spare yourself the headache. I will continue to work on getting the $20.00 back.
