This Attorney Justin Bartlett took my money and said he would do all kinds of things and did absolutely nothing. I called everyday and was told to call back tomorrow. He said he was an expert in immigration this may be true but did nothing for me. It is like he saw a poor person coming and took total advantage. He was in a hurry to get my money, but he was not in a hurry to work for it. I was made all kinds of promises and he did not come through on one. We don,t even know what is going on because he doesn't talk. He just tells you to call back tomorrow.

Dear Jess,
It is very unfortunate you feel this way; I can assure you there are many ways to contact me and my office.
The first thing I do when I have been retained for a case is to give out my business card; in there you will find not only my personal cell phone number but my email address, the office numbers and fax.
I have two assistants working Monday to Friday 9 5, and they are always there to take calls and help me with the day to day activities, not counting the other 4 attorneys in the firm and their assistants and the paralegal team of the law firm, therefore, I find your statement very improbable. I hope you give us a chance to clarify this isolated incident, for there is no other complaint in the many years of my practice.
We will be happy to meet with you and review your case and fix whatever misunderstood you believe it may had happen. I do apologize for not respond to your comment before but it I was just made aware of its existence. Thank you, Justin Bartlett 513-241-3992
