On August 13th, I order my E-Cig from JustVapeIt.net

You get 3-5 day shipping. So now, its August 27th, and my ecig still isnt here. So i emailed Rick Griffith, the co-owner, he tells me in the terms of service it says for a custom pen, it takes 7-10 days. Now, we can start with the fact, that its been 14 days at this point, and my pen has yet to even ship. I check the terms of service, along with the rest of the website, & NO where does it say 7-10 days for custom pen. I also take a look at their reviews where two different people say they received their ecig in 2-4 days. I sent him my screenshots, and told him to please send my e-cig. But instead, he told me that my money should be back in my bank account in a week, depending on my bank. 

He never gave me a reason for just refunding me. He never told me if the pen just wasnt in stock, or what was going on. So I basically just wanted to let everyone know, that Just Vape It & Rick Griffith are of ignorance.

After further pressing the issue with Rick, he did agree to send me my ecig, with some free extras for the trouble. He says it is now shipped and will be here Monday.
