I searched for local dumpster rental in Hornell, Ny. Jux2 Dumpster Rental came up with 5 star rating, Angie's list recommended, etc. Their web site was very professional with a lot of detail. $532.00 paid up front. Dumpster was promised on Friday. I showed up Saturday in Hornell. No dumster. Called their emergency number which was a recording. On Monday, I reviewed receipt sent by email the prior week. There were no last names on receipt, only "Brian". Called their office, directed to customer service which was a recording. After 2 more calls, demanded to talk to individual. Told me someone had gone home sick on Friday and the service was not rerouted to someone else. I received no calls from this company at all. The dumpster was promised again, for immediate drop off. By 3:30, no dumpster, so I called again. "Manager", Erin, said that she could not get ahold of her driver. Iwas told the she would call when she got ahold of her driver. No calls at all. It's Wednesday and no dumster.
Thsi company also rents porta potties, so please, don't rent from "local porta-potty rental."
