I have purchased 6 products from this JVzoo vendor.  I soon realized that these were not what I was looking for.  I have requested refunds 4 times within the 30-day guarantee that he offers and have gotten no response.

Also, it appears that JVzoo offers no help in resolving any disputes you have with their vendors.  I really feel that I am being ripped off here with no recourse.

That is the exact wording on his offer page.  I didn't ask for double my money back, only what I actually paid.  And I'm not the only one he is trying to rip off, search his name Ariel Sanders in RipOff report for another one.  

His only response to me was to threaten to sue me for filing this report.

So be forewarned, if he is so dishonest as to offer false guarentees, what are his programs worth?  Nothing!

He is claiming that we didn'tsend him a refund, but what is the truth?

The truth is that Ross Zanzucchi bought all the products he can from us, we give him all, then he asked for big discounts, we give him all, then a long way of support untill he has all working in his end. 

Now, with all the complate bussiness pack working, he ask a refund.

The refund policy is for test. You can buy the product, install it, ask some questions and if you don't like it you can ask for refund. But when you used the software 25 days, you installed all the upgrades, is because you are not testing anymore, you want a refund because you want the product for free.

How I suppose to live from my software bussines with people like this that use our try policy to get our work for free?

This is disonest and unethical values.
