My K. Hovnanian (KHOV) home had defective construction, water intrusion and mold growth. Additionally, KHOV had exceptionally poor customer service. K. Hovnanian has failed to provide me with assurances that my home won't leak again.
KHOV had multiple broken promises and in my opinion their management could care less about the impact that their defective product has had on my family. Check out my website for more specific information
