K hovnanian KHOV Misrepresentation of square footage Edison New Jersey
Just a quick note to anyone who has purchased a new home from KHOV. I am one of the buyers of their property, Station Square, Union, NJ. I was promised a home that had 2017 sq ft of LIVING SPACE. However, upon appraisal, it measures only 2037 sq feet. Upon notifying the builder, i was basically asked to " do whatever you want Mr Shah", we cannot help you. I would recommend any and all of you to make sure you measure your homes and verify the square footage of your homes. Please also compare that data with what was originally advertised. If any of you have had similar issues, please inbox me. Thanks for your time. An irate customer!!!!!
