K & K Heating and Cooling Parma, Ohio Tried to get me for $4,600 for a $56 repair! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Parma Ohio
I called this company because they had good reviews. Was I ever wrong. Further more as my wife pointed out after the fact they have all 5 star reviews everywhere how could this be. Even very large outfits don't have all 5 star reviews I don't think they are legitimate. To late now.
I called K & K Heating because they are close by and Keith showed up and after looking at my air conditioner determined I had a bad compressor and said it would cost over $2,000 to repair or he could install a new Trane unit for $4,600. I thought that was fast and I didn't feel right about it and I told him I would call him back. The unit worked fine last year.
I called anorger company and it turned out I had a bad fuse in the outside disconnect bos. It cost me a total of $56 and my air conditioner works fine. I called K & K Heating back and told them what happened and they said Keith would call me back, well it has been three calls to them and he won't call me back. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

Hi Jon. I apologize that this happened to you and I would like to discuss this with you. Ive searched through all of our records and was unable to find that name anywhere. I am not sure why I never recieved your call as we are a small family owned company and my wife answers the phones so any message should have got to me. I would have been more to happy to discuss this with you. I absolutely want to get to the bottom of this so that I can see where things went wrong to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. I assure you that all of my current reviews are legitamate. Most of the reviews left come from people with profiles who are active and leave multiple reviews. I take any unhappy customer VERY serious and I do not intentionally ignore any situation. Earlier in my career I worked at a company that struggled with customer service and I vowed to never operate my company in that manner.
