I booked a 10 people event on a weekday at K1 speed Santa Clara, but one person didn’t make it. I asked the manager for an adjustment or even a credit for another day, but he said that he couldn’t do anything about it and it’s the company’s policy. Nothing was mentioned on their website about making sure a guaranteed number of people need to show up and that they would take money regardless. In any case, I meet the minimum and that they should credit me back the $49 for the no show. Instead they kept the money. I guess if they’re business is doing bad and need the money, they would take it how ever they can from a customer. I felt robbed that day because they took my money. I was hoping to relieve my stress instead they added into it. For the readers: Think twice before booking an event an this unprofessional place. .

After several emails, K1 speed responded to my email and has apologize for the delayed response. My co-workers has booked another event for 10 people and are excited to get on the tracks.
