Kaiser Permenente Excessive Hold Times For Basic Assistance Atlanta Georgia
I was supposed to get a call yesterday from a doctor in order to get a referral. That call for whatever reason never happened. I was in a good cell area and I should have gotten that call.
Today, I called again to try to speak to a doctor in order to get a referral. I had a 35 minute call just to try to reach someone that could give the doctor a message to call and that it was okay to leave a voice mail. I think about 2-5 minutes of that call consisted of me describing the problem, first to an automated service, then to a human only to be forwarded to another human which put me on hold for about 25 minutes.
They claim to have great service, but I get wait times like this frequently.
