Kamy Investments Refuses to return Security Deposit Denton, Texas
Mr. Kuz told me pay Eleven Hundred and $30 as my deposit so he allowed me to go into the house clean it stay there while cleaning and painting but then code enforcement came and wrote some citations profoundly I hadn't been there three weeks good when he called and asked me cursing me out for $5,000 and told me that if I did not get out I would have to move and he was going to get the locks changed on the doors so on that day that Friday I moved on Saturday and Sunday and was completely gone but I put a lot of money into moving into that house because he allowed me to and we waited on the inspection inspector wanted to come out twice but the house was not ready I believe he had to put a lot of money into the house to finish the backyard the roof and he got upset because too much money was required on the house and he put me out took my money and would not refund my deposit I need my deposit back he cussed me out I thought I was going to die from a heart attack from all the things that I went through at that house and I am requesting my money back I paid for the house to be painted I paid people to clean it I did my part which he asked me to do so he owes me my money back my deposit at least my deposit of 1100 and $30 and it was not right at all and that's part of why he will not refund my money and I put a lot of money into trying to get into the house. The house did not belong to me I did what he asked of me to do so he got tired of all the money that he had to put out on the house and called me demanding $5,000 but what about all the money that I put out where is my security deposit that he will not return so I need help

Hello I also was taken by this Kmay Investment. In Oct. 2016 i meet a gentleman names Khus about a home in Seagoville Tx. After giving him a $2500 deposited i was able to move in. When I got to the house the following day i was shocked. The home was a mess. There was dog poop all over the floors. Trash in every room. And smelt bad. I had to spend that day cleaning and stayed in a hotel. After calling Khus on day to he told me he thought it was done. Then told me he would take what it costed me off the rent. I was ok with that so i told him ok. The following day i found water leaking in the hallway. The water heater was leaking. I called the office and he said he was sending someone out to look at it. Well 2 days later someone came out. Looked and told me it was leaking and needed to be replaces. Which I already knew. The guy left and said he had to go get the water heater. Well there we are on day 3 with no water and the worker came over around 8pm. Took out the old and installed the new. The next day on day 4 i woke to water in the hall. Called the office and complained Khus sent the same guy out. The worker cut a hole in the wall in the kitchen and found a pipe leaking. I also informed him that the central air and heat was not working. I was told to call it in to the office. Well i did and i got cussed out. And told if i wanted a new home i should have got one. I have been here for 10 months now and just got a eviction notice yesterday. Telling me that i owed almost $10,000 in back rent. When i called to ask about it i was told to get out or i would be forced out. I looked up all my payments and was never behind. When i sent him a copy of everything i was told he didn't care what i said to get out. To this day 10 months later my AC still does not work and i have been taken to court and told to leave, the thing is while in court a meet another couple that Khus was doing the same thing to as myself. Then i found this RipOff report. How lone are they going to let this guy get away with this. I for one am speaking to a Lawyer.
