Kenneth Kaplan, partner of Kaplan & Katzberg is a pure definition of a overrated, extremely high priced, old and ineffective attorney...
I have learned of this attorney and his firm from a friend of mine, who told me about him..
When you come see him, he will sell you, tell you all about his cases, his respect amongst judges, his lawfirm and he will say that he will get you the best possible results...
However, this lawyer does not deliver. In fact, he is extremely incompetent, does not do any motions on his own, has his assistant Mayo do everything..
The way this firm files important court papers, and writes them is last minute.. They put the work together sloppy, just a day or two before it is due..
He will sell you that he is comparable to his office mate "Big Ben" Benjamin Braffman, except saying that he is 3 or 4 times cheaper.. Let me tell you, he is not worth the money.. He will try to milk you down...
My friend paid him well over 150k and he only made his case worse, not better...
Ken's days are over.. However, he will still try to sign a huge retainer to afford his golf, high priced office, and lavish lifestyle...
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND LIFE, DO NOT RETAIN THIS LAWYER.....

When doing research on New York lawyers I came across your comment. Sad to say you are the only one writing a negative report. You used no first hand knowledge of this lawyer, but your friends obvious disapointment that he lost a case...

Hearsay. You also have not done your research, again you are the only one complaining and aparently speaking for others that don't exist....

This is a reputable firm and very good at their job.
