First of all--- I just found out that i have an outstanding balance of $8,670 that needs to be paid before getting my diploma in 2 weeks. I was never told that i had to pay this, nor was i told that my account documents were not submitted in time... NO email, NO phone call, NO snail mail... NOTHING... i am furious and am looking towards a lawsuit.... i have a few students in the same situation.... WHAT IS WRONG WITH KAPLAN??????? dishonest!!!!!!!!

Isn't it the responsibility of the student to stay abreast of balances and ensure that documents are filed timely and properly?
