Bought an 1995 Mercedes from them approx 4 weeks ago after they promised car in good working condition and clean fax report with no accidents. Next day I noticed two cracks in the windshield that can't be repaired but replaced, and the front headlight cracked, and rear headrests does not retract for better rear viewing the pump is out or the switch, and the radio does not function correctly, and the headliner falling down. I was willing to fix these myself but it has an coolant leak that I tried for weeks for him to fix but he left it to me. I did add the hose that replaced the brittle one but now a few days ago I turned my car off to get a sandwich and came back, started but inside windshield started fogging up, I tried the switches for the defroster but made it worse and engine light came on and had to drive with windows down. I tried talking to Rafael about this problem but said he was driving and that he would call back. hour later his son called back as he was the one that sold it and denied any responsibility. I went so for as offering to pay for half of this cost. ( I called a mechanic with details and he identified it as a leak in the haeter core, in which the whole dash has to be removed. I explaned this to him but denied any wrong.

Let's see..broken windshield, headrest problems, radio problems and the headliner is coming down. Did you even bother to TEST DRIVE this thing? As part of your initial inspection, were your eyes open? Or...was it simply a case of your tongue was hanging out so far for a STUPID car that you were willing to throw common sense out the window? Did you get a warranty with this thing...or...did you buy it "AS IS"? If you bought it "AS IS", why do you think you are ENTITLED to free warranty service?
