I ordered your product in mid October 2008.
Received the product the first week of November 2008.
On November 17 it was no longer working and between November 17th through November 25th I made 21 phone calls and sent 3 e-mails in an attempt to make contact with someone who could help me. Your line was either busy, would ring and then drop the call, I would be placed on call and still be waiting 10 min later, would get excuses that "my compuiter is slow please hold" and then would never hear from the individual again. I never received a response to my e-mails.
Finally on November 25th I spoke with an agent who promised to send me a new control unit, which I would receive by December 6th.
On December 9th through the 12th I made 18 calls to receive the same response as noted above, busy signalks, dropped if I got through or when I did get a human, they would start to listen and as soon as they heard I had an issue, and was not placing the order, I would get "sorry I cannot hear you, my computer is being very slow" or just a break in the connection.
Finally on December 12 after being on hold for 20 min I was guaranteed that my unit would be at my house before I left for vacation on December 18th.
Left for vacation without the promised unit.
Jan 3d returned from the vacation to a box that did not contain the control unit, but aniother belt that they charged me $15.00 for. Of course I did not get the control unit the devise still does not work.
As you can tell I am very frustrated and think your product may have helped me had it worked and if I had the right components. This information has been sent to my credit card company with a dispute resolution request.

Karine Coral is one of the most honorable honest
people you could ever meet. A unique individual, which never had any one
lawsuit against her (the first woman to be represented in the Paris stock
exchange) until she met Avi Sivan aka Moshe Rahimi aka Avi Rahimi - a crock and
a criminal.
This crock is using someone else name in order to
open companies in the US and he owes tons of $M to people all over the US. Also,
he sponsers his own private "luxury lifestyle"...Bentley anyone or a Black
Amex for you madam? I
Thankfully, one major government office is after
him with investigation (who is Moshe Rahimi? does he exist? who is Avi Rahimi?
How did Avi Sivan got into the US? Is he Legal? What does his wife know? Where
he hides all his money - South Africa? Israel? Lux? Why Moshe Rahimi have ? And
much more) This guy is 100% Joke and while he laughs all the way to the bank
the American public suffers. WHERE IS THE FTC ON THAT???
