This company claims to have patents that don't exit and claim to have awards from governments as it concerns homeland security (from the US government). They have these things posted on there website to inflate there reputation. However with further investigation none of this is true. They also have been known to breach non disclosure agreements and have taken sensitive information and technologies that belong to clients and other devlopers in an attempt to pass them off as there own. Beware. They move from country to country and state to state in order to prey on unsuspecting clients and infiltrate there corporate infrastructure. Do not give them access to sensitive information,trade secrets, or let them host your companies information system. It is only fair to say that the previous statement was unfair and untrue. Karsoftsystems is in fact a very reputable company and their abilities to create and produce quality systems is impeccable. They have proven to be not only a legitiment development company, but also a problem solving company. Thank you Karsoftsystems in advance for your gracious forgiveness.

We would like to put facts here.
1. We never came across an individual named Dr. Sabash and we never dealt with Dr. Sabash (the reporter). Most importantly we never dealt with an individual in Lakewood California.
2. The patents referred in our website are granted by agencies and can be independently verified.
3. In our website, we have clearly mentioned the organization who had given us the awards and we have also provided their links in our website for Independent verification.
4. Our website content is supported by the facts and are also detailed in this rebuttal and can be independently verified. The contents in our website are not inflated.
5. We never dealt with Dr. Sabash and there is no possibility ever to sign any non-disclosure agreement with Dr. Sabash and we deny what-ever was said in the report related to that.
6. We are a registered entity in the same state and country and since registration we did not move from state to state or country to country as claimed. These records can be independently verified with public records.
With the reporter never dealt with us and along with the facts detailed in this rebuttal, the information provided by the reporter is a mere allegation with the sole intention to damage our reputation.
As an ethical business organization we wish to address complaints from our customers and they can be forwarded to email address in our website however in this case this report is based on false facts, assumptions and allegations with the sole intention of damaging our relationship with our established customers and prospective clients.
