Adam, I am sorry to hear yet another bride is going through the same horrible nightmare my daughter went through. You are running out of time before the wedding, as we were. We contacted an attorney, who wrote to the Kaufmans stating the last date we would accept the dresses. He informed them that, if the dresses were not received by that date, we would request a refund. He also assured me he would get the refund for us, if that is what it came down to. The dresses arrived. It worked for us. I believe the Kaufmans realize that not everyone can afford or is willing to involve an attorney, but I was at the end of my rope. As reported by others, the Kaufmans do not consider that a dress is late unless it is received the day after the wedding. It is unconscionable what they are doing to people, but they continue.
