Jay
Bakersfield,#2REBUTTAL Owner of company
Mon, March 20, 2006
It has just come to my attention the magnitude of this issue. I am the owner of KcSoftware.com and have been for about 11 years. I used to operate a Shareware software company via this identity. I stopped doing so about 6-7 years ago but kept the domain as my entire family uses it for their email addresses. I have recieved 30-40 telephone calls over the past 6 months reguarding this issue. I aswered about the first 20 or so, then decided to ignore them. It costs me money to return the long distance phone calls and I dont have it to spare. So, I tell you that Kcsoftware LLC seems to be a ficticious company from my point of view. I recommend that you call your credit card company and refute the charges. They will credit your account. If you really want to get this person, try asking your credit card company to track down the info on the company making the charges. This person has to have a merchant account in order to recieve payments. I have never had a merchant account. I apologize that I wated so long to reply, I too have been victimized and have finally grown tired of it. Sincerely, Jay Kappel
