KCA Financial "Supervisor" screaming at me on the phone, refused to give me his name or phone number then hung up on me Geneva Illinois
I received a call from someone at KCA Financial Services regarding "your Roman account". Since I have no idea what this is, I asked her to send me the "account" information via mail. She started arguing with me so I asked for her supervisor.
A man came on the phone & quickly said his name (John maybe). I asked again to have something sent to me because I don't have a "Roman account". He informed me that they had already sent 3 statements to me at xxxxx, a variation of my address but not quite right. I tried correcting him & he proceeded to start yelling at me. I again requested that the statement & account information be sent to me & he refused.
I asked for his name to clarify that "John" was right and was told "I already told you". I asked for his phone number & he refused. I asked for his supervisor & he said "I am the supervisor". When I stated that I wasn't going to pay anything to someone I don't know for a debt that I know nothing about, "John" said "Well, we'll just keeping calling you every single day until you do."
At some point during this he said something about call being recorded yet he continued yelling and screaming at me the whole time, including dialing numbers on the phone & yelling at me to hang up on him. When I refused to hang up (I just kept repeating "I need your name and phone number please." and "What is your name and phone number?"), "John" hung up on me.
Does anyone know what I can do to find out what this is all about since I can't seem to get these people to understand that the address they have on file may or may not get mail to me. I plan on sending a cease & desist letter to this company as I will not tolerate being yelled at over the phone by some moron with an ego trip but I also don't want a debt not mine showing on my credit report.

DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY - GO TO http://www.budhibbs.com/debtcollectorpages/marshall_ziolkowski.htm This is a consumer advocate website - here is what they say CV 07-534 BB/LFG - Federal Judge Grants Judgment Against MAZE for $93,000 plus for violating consumer rights. Suit named Bohn, MacKinnon, Carl Steinbrenner and First American Investment, aka Giove Law send them the Debt Validation demand and don't believe it when they claim to be attorneys they are not - but pretend to be - another Federal Law violation
