Keen.com does not honor the promotions they send out via email.  Typically it says if you add a certain amount of money to your account, they will match it with free money, or give you a discounted rate.  When you click through the email and add money on the Keen website, the promotion doesn't work. 

When you contact customer service for help, they will just tell you that it should work if you click through the email.  They ignore you when you say you already did that and it does not work.  They will say they can redeem the promotion for you over the phone, IF you are willing to add more money.  

When you say that you have already added the money required for the promotion, they say there is nothing they can do about it.  They won't admit that something went wrong on their end when you tried to redeem the promotion.  They just want you to add more money.

It is fraudulent to offer a promotion, and then refuse to honor it.
