Just wanted to let everyone know ...incase you didn't already. The so called "featured readers" PAY to be at the top of the lists on Keen.com.
They actually pay a per click-thru amount to be listed as "top " readers. Also many of the readers that you see at the top that have perfect star ratings and such actually have Keen remove the negative reviews. Because they earn so much money for Keen, they often can have all the negative feedback removed right away....they just make a call to customer service and say it was undeserved or a crank or the guy was dirty talking to them or some nonsense.
SO do not be fooled thinking that the top readers in a listing are really top readers. Someone could have hundreds of calls and 5 stars but they also could have had half of those being bad reviews but keen took them away.
And they pay to be where they are on the list. The higher the listing the more they have to pay for you to click on them.
If you really want to get back at a reader...just click the listing but do not call them!! Some of them pay as much as 10-20 bucks per click thru!~ OUCH! The readers on the first 3 pages of a topic usually pay the most and the ones on the fist page at the top pay thru the nose to Keen...that's why many of them have such high per minute fees.....not because they are good but becuase they need to earn back the marketing money they are paying to keen. Sometime a reader can lose money in a day by having clicks but no calls.
Just giving some FYI incase you didnt know...and I know this because I used to be a reader on keen. It is all the power of suggestion and simply listening for clues and cues to tell a person what they want or need to hear. There are no real psychics.

You are right about featured listings but not about negative feedback.

Keen does not remove negative feedback for any reason. The following psychic who goes by "Hot Spy Campbell" and charges $20.77 a minute gets bad feedback all the time. It cracks me up that so many people still call her. She is the biggest scammer on Keen. She sends the same payperview emails to everyone . . . and she has been scamming people like this for years. Keen just always goes to the . . . it's for entertainment purposes only routine and they are not liable at all. 5/30/2009 SharpOldLady This was my 1st call and LAST to hot spy.She rambled on for the first few min telling me she can get into my thoughts and I called to find out about my grandson so she went on to say he was dating and working hard and working in a tading profession. It would be great if he was old enough to do all that he is only 9 years old with health issues. So needles to say she was not helpfull at all. Dont waist your time or money there is other advisors that quickly picked up he was is a unhealy LITTLE boy! When I need a good laugh I check out Hot Spy and another one "Specialwoman" who also gets awful feedback over and over and yet people still call them every day. It's a trip. lol
