I have the emails to prove he lied, and committed fraud with several times. I wish I could get to court, I have a story to tell including the last email telling the commission that he has working woith me on my case. Which of course we know is not true

Roxanne, I hate to let you in on a sad truth, but you probably already know this: chances are you will never see your money again. I see a bankruptcy filing in this guy's near future. Now, if he fraudulently obtained your retainer, then his debt to you won't be discharged. The problem is that the burden would be on YOU to prove that he acted fraudulently, and you would REALLY need a lawyer for that. Unfortuantely, another lawyer's fees will probably eat up whatever you are owed. Keep in mind that this is but a cursory response, and I could well be in error about something. If I am, then hopefully someone will correct me. The unfortunate truth is that our legal system is FAR from perfect, and the average Joe has a VERY hard time taking advantage of legal remedies. Best of luck, and thanks for the heads-up!

After speaking to Keino Campbell he told me that he would gladly give back my $5000.00 but had to wait till after the commission investigation was completed. How funny, I spoke to the Grievance commission and Wendy the attorney handling the investigation of Keino Campbell told me no way. Keino could give me the money anytime he wanted. In fact that might help him. She said either he has no intention of giving back the money or he is lying to me or he does not have the money to give. After all he is unable to practice law at this time. If anyone knows how I can make this creep to pay? Please let me know.
