Having received a $52,000 Civil judgment against this former felon, [Keith Jones], I have spent more than 3 years trying to obtain my loan repayment. In this time he has scammed other citizens of Bexar County and San Antonio. I have been working with the white collor crime division for more than a year while he has been free to scam others.
I reported him in 2011 to authorities. Besides his assult charges and multiple fraud charges in various states, he has been held in a FEDERAL Prison in Washington State. It's bewildering to know he is FREE to harm the citizens of Bexar County and San Antonio.
Most people know him as the SCAM artist at Kocktails night club. That's anothers story.
He does not work alone, Ms. GRACE TAN is his front. She is technically employed at Victoria Secrets - North STAR Mall. Stop by and say hello when you get ripped off. The deck buliding company is in her name - she is part of the scam. As a felon, he will not put his name on anything.
Collectively, we can make a difference. Contact the White Collar Crime Division - no matter how small the RIP OFF!

It is sad that Warren Parker, who is the author of this name slandering report will not tell the entire truth. Warren went into a business deal with Jones and another unnamed young man to promote a concert. The event did poorly and money was lost by all 3 gentleman. Warren is using the Rip Off website to dispute a personal issue,when in fact he is upset that he lost his own case against St Philips College where he was receiving some racy emails and reading him to his students, losing his job behind it. I have in fact done business with Jones and had no issues or unplesant experiences. Warren figues he will exhort the money from anyone he can. Oddly enough he did not sue the other young man for the loan as well.
He is only naming Jones, because of his past mistakes. Warren now has a past as well. Karma is a beast. How you label your personal issue with Jones as a "scam" is beyong comprehension, when in fact you "loaned" him the money, by your own admission is this report. Warren is not a smart enough businessman to know 1. the promoting business is a risk and 2. you never loan money of any amount without something in writing unless you can afford to take it as a loss.Jones, in good faith has paid some of the money back, although he did not owe it, since it was a 3-way investment. Perhaps you are really upset at Grace Tan, since you portray yourself as "every woman's man" Just remember Warren you too now have a public displayed past, so as Karma comes knocking at your door, dont turn off all the lights and act like youre not at home.
