Then after completing several weeks of "study material and weekly testing", I received an email from Steve saying I had passed the previous tests there was a "special project" available by which I could earn some additional cash. It required my purchasing computers and shipping them to various international locations.  I would have to contact the company accountants, provide them with my banking info and they would help me setup for electronic transactions.

This didn't sit well with us, so I contact the Better Business Bureau of New York City and asked them if they had ever heard of this company or had any complaints and I was told they hadn't heard of them. They also expressed that companys are not required to register with the BBB.

Needless to say, I had fallen victim to a scam. Thanks be to God, I didn't participate in the "special project" and learned a very valuable Lesson!!!

I was also taken in by this scam for about $4,000. CNN and the BBC both reported on a simular story about computers being sent over seas. Not sure if this is the same scam or not but seems simular. Here is the link to the CNN story.
