Do not go to Eagle Transmissions in Cedar Park or any location where Ken(manager) is located. He lied and told me that I could get my transmission fixed through financing. Then he proceeded to lie about how long the application process takes. When I actually got to the location to start the financing he said" Oh I thought you wanted to pay in cash."  I reminded him that the reason why I wanted to get my transmission fixed was because of the financing. Then he said the financing takes 4-6 hours.  I called literally 2 hours after I finished the application and he said " Oh yes the application has been processed and you werent approved, I will try a different option to see if you are approved."  He never called back. I called him about an hour later and he was like oh yes the application was not approved on those terms either. He KEPT lieing about everythinig. Ken is the worst liar ever. He never even tried to genuinely help me after "supposedly" my application was not  approved. When I asked for the information from the financing company,  He gave me a fake guy's name to contact named Peter. The financing company( Global Check Services)  said there was no one by that name that works there.  I asked Ken if there is anyway I can see the emails that say that I was declined for the financing.  He was like"Unfortunately, we cannot forward you the information." I have never been declined for financing before. I have also never been declined to look at personal information about financing. I just wanted the emails that actually said that I was declined. He would not send them to me.

If you look up ripoff report under Ken at Eagle Transmissions you will see that someone has already reported on his terrible customer service. Then the owner had the audacity to rebuttle that Ken was fired. UNFORTUNATELY,  He wasnt. He needs to be. I will make sure to tell everyone I know about this situation. I still don't have my car.

Brian Holt-(owner) completely saved the situation. He let me take my car without putting down any money and I was able to set up financing through him. He also offered to fix my spark plugs for free. My car is working great now and I'm glad that Brian was able to help me and my situation.
