Ken Presti of Prestis auctions of New York and New Jersey in Glen Wild New York Estate and auction services Piceked up and sold all my belongings And did not pay for all of the items Glen Wild New York
Back in May ,I hired Mr.Presti to pick up all my belongings to be sold at his auction .Kubota tractor ,snow blowers ,chain saws etc. He sold almost everything back in june. I have a written contract by him .Stating all items sold will be paid for within 30 days .
It is now the middle of September .I have hired a law firm and am in the midst of filing a law suit .This man Has stolen from widows in need of her funds to pay for her husbands funeral .He has also stolen Family documents birth certificates ,cemetary plot deeds ,Discharge papers .and many more personal documents .this is a breach of contract and theft .
Beware of this company .They dont have a concience and care less abou living up to their contracts .
