My experience with kendall Kia You walk into this pleace and it smells like death. You see the salesman slowly starving to death . Business is not slow because it is a bad product. The atmosphere is toxic. We spent 3 hours trying to negoiate a price on a kia soul. At first they tried to charge me more than list price and give me nothing for my trade. I did look up the suggested price on consumer ...guide. I also looked up the trade value for my trade. The tried to charge me 3000 more than list and 4000 less than what it was worth wholesale. We finally agreed on a price we went into finance. They did not give me the rate they promised but I got 2.9 which is not bad. We signed the papers we were leaving and rick the finance manage calls us back stating that he is losing money and cant sell us the car. This is after we paid did the title work and we moving our things into the new car. We had to agree on 500 more for the car. We agreed because we did not want to go to another deal. We gave the sales man a check. We leave with the car. I get a call from the finace manager rick saying my check is no good. I have more than enough money in my account to cover a small down payment. It turns out the check was good they just wanted me to sign a new paper. I agreed to come back and sign and they could give me my spare tire that was missing. I showed up at 10:30 this morning to pick up my itemsand sign their letter. They gavce me a bs line that service was closed and they could not give me the spare til Monday. Why did they have me show up today. I have bought 6 cars from these people and they know that. This is the wordy cess pool you could go too. It honestly smells. Go to another kia dealer. Kia are great cars . Kendall Kia is the worst . Run dont walk .

You saw from the start they were screwing you over. Yet, you stayed and ended up giving them a reward! Incredible. Go in, play doormat for not just a stupid car but a car which is KNOWN JUNK and now you complain because of buyer's remorse. Next time, go in with a woman who has a backbone and will lead you out by the hand when its time to leave!
