Kenneth A. Schneider of KAS is a con man that uses LOI's and LOC's to acquire advance fees for due diligence. I do not believe he has any intention of providing financing for anything. He is all about the fees. Do not trust him. Do not do business with him. He is a thief. He is very slick and convincing but he will not complete the transaction.
