Complaint Review: Kenneth Mark Doolittle - Meridian Idaho

Ken Doolittle is in jail! 

He was convicted by a Judge in Santa Cruz for 20 of the 22 criminal counts against him in Oct. 2009.  His sentencing was to be tomorrow Dec. 18, 2009 but because of the severity of his crimes, restitution is at question.  Therefore, his sentencing is postponed until Jan. 2010.  His conviction was based on only 10 peoples (investors) complaints.  Unfortunately the other HUNDREDS of people he screwed out of their money or homes have not had their 'day in court' and maybe never will unless they come forward and file complaints.

The best part (get this) is that the media has not covered this trial or case.  Could there be some sort of cover-up because of the 'Doolittle' name?  Interesting.  Maybe the $5 million dollars (estimation) he stole from the elderly and unsuspecting, honest hard working people in a 2 year period doesn't qualify as a newsworthy item.

Ken helped me secure that housing, which I still live in today. During the entire transaction, I found him to be profiessional, competent and providing a valuable service. I purchased a mortgage from him and paid it off one year later.... there were no problems with the transaction. The comments I read about Mr. Doolittle were 100% opposite to my experiences with him. What does the appearance of the daughter really have to do with anything? From everything I've heard about you from my family and all of the reports we've been following about your scams, it's amazing to me that you can even begin to try to point a finger at anyone's appearance. You do understand that your appearance is that of a crooked, predatory, unscrupulous, criminal who seems to rely on bully tactics or the fact that some courts are unable to deal with all of the complicated details of your scams? I think I'd prefer someone with "scary" tattoos than the slime and filth that is your way of life. It's absolutely amazing that you keep jumping from victim to victim and have - SO FAR - managed to dodge any real jail term or worse. You've obviously failed to calculate properly the naivete or the dire situations of some of your intended victims and now the piper is about to be paid. This time you haven't chosen people who are at death's door or unable to consult with family who are willing to help take up the fight. You've chosen very unwisely who you intended to manipulate into filling your pockets. All the threats in the world, the lies and the mafia tactics you keep attempting with those unfortunate enough to have entered into business dealings with lately prove that your time has come and the jig is up. I look forward to reading more about you in the paper. I'm even more excited to hear about your pending appropriate jail sentence and restitution. The post here from "MIC" in Huntington Beach is actually from Ms. Michelle Tallman, or possibly from her full-body tattooed daughter (scary stuff!) who both have been living in a mobile home I sold Michelle back in 2003. Ms. Tallman has not made any of her agreed upon house payments to me since February, 2008. I attempted to resolve her delinquency by allowing her to catch up on her past due payments, but she refused to pay me. I have since foreclosed upon the home (located in the Huntington By The Sea Park) and am now evicting her and her daughter from the home because they have refused to leave. It's interesting to me how the people who have made these accusations against me are unwilling to use their real names or come out of the shadows to actually face me. So long Michelle, and I wish you the best in finding a new place to live!

Ken Doolittle as of this date can be reached (maybe) at the jail in Santa Cruz CA. His Trial should last all of this week. Yes, there is justice.

Please notice in his only comment in April 2008, he arrogantly stated that he intended to set the record straight in a week or so. It is now 5 months later and as is his character, he has done nothing to follow through. Typical, Classic, do-nothing Doolittle. Way to go, Kenny0boy! You are indeed, consistent.

The posting you have read above, and that I am now responding to was made by Mr. Larry Kroeker, not by Anthony Bonanno. In fact, Mr. Bonanno does not live in Arizona; he does not even really exist. Mr. Kroeker is an ex-business partner of mine who has come to the end of his life with virtually nothing to show for it. Today, he is a desperate, pathetic, shadow of a man who has made so many bad decisions in his life that he seems to no longer even know right from wrong. I feel sorry for him. Rather than admit and attone for his failures, he has decided to make an untrue, unfounded and malicious attack against me and my family here on this site out of sheer despiration for his future. It is he, rather than myself that more closely fits the description of what you have read. These statements are so twisted that it takes the term "spin" to a whole new level. It is my intent to take some time here over the next week or so to rebut what has been stated here. I will also share with all of you the tactics he has used to try and sabotage my life. When the entire story is told you can come to your own conclusions about who is right and who is wrong. All I ask is for the chance to let you see and understand the other side of what has been presented. I am grateful for the opportunity here to let everyone know what really happened, so that the truth can be made known. Thankfully, we live in a country where anyone (including Mr. Kroeker) can say anything they want. Fortunately, laws exist that protect free speech rights, and our legal system presumes that an individual is innocent until proven guilty. There are, however, limits to these rights.
