Kevin Ryder and his pal Chris Banks ripped me off for over $30,000 each. The two of them offered to

clean up my credit and stop the foreclosure of my $400,000 house. I gave them like a fool

the right with their lease/purchase option to sale my house. They ripped me off on the short sale

of my house with a "straw buyer" and they both pocketed more than $30,000 each to

some poor sap they found who ended up with the house. This happened here in Tulsa.

I went to the police and was told the FBI was trying to find him. This was three years ago. I heard he set up shop somewhere in Colorado. I hope he is found and sent to jail.

Kevin Ryder is doing business in Denver, CO and the address

is: 1400 16th Street, Suite 400, Denver, CO 80202.

720-932-8054

He tried to get $40,000 from my sister and brother

in-law and told me that his last company acceleration financial solutions went

out of business recently which he blamed on several other individuals. I also

checked this out with different resources and found out he was full of it.

I had some friends in county courts look into his

record and he has problems in a few different states with conning people out of

their money.

He and his partner Jeff McNeil are working together

over there and seem to be right back at their bag of con man tricks. The new

company is asurity capital solutions owned by driving concepts and driving

concepts is owned by Jeff McNeil. The strange thing is that is seems like they

are trying to fly under the radar because the secretary of the state for

Colorado has the company registered by assurity capital solutions (with 2 s’s

instead of one like it shows on their website (getasurity.com) maybe nothing

but should be looked into by the FBI.

I called to see if they were still in business and

they are. I spoke to a man named Victor Stewart that tried to set an

appointment and was very pushy. I check him out too and it seemed that he was

with acceleration financial solutions as well. Hmmmm are they all in this

together?

I really hope that this message finds you and others

before they too have problems with these cons.
