Key Pac Facilities Management Corp. Repaired Condensor unit that had bad motor; replaced motor; filters; charged with freon; and misc parts. New York, New York
We were contacted by Key Pac on June 25, 2012 to service a condensor unit at the Blockbuster Store, 1844 Forseythe Ave, Monroe, LA. Key Pac was billed for three separate jobs. After not receiving payment within 45 days we attempted to call the main office. Of course all the numbers had been disconnected. We then sent a email that was received but no response was received. I attempted again this morning and all phone numbers are disconnected. When you search for Key Pac on the internet it shows the company as a legal business but I did notice that new effective date was 8/12/2012. I checked the address and it was the name.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
