I purchased a MP3 player case from this company. when it arrived it did not fit my MP3 player at all. I contacted the company and told them that it did not fit and wanted to return it for a full refund.

I was assured that my account would be refunded for the full amount.

Unfortunatly now they have decided to not refund any shipping or tax. so now i'm offered a refund of 9.95 instead of the full amount which was 15.60 that they charged to my account

I refused this refund because I had to pay my return fees as well and did not think it fair that I have to pay the fees twice when it was not my fault that they Dam item does not fit my MP3 player.

Now if the number is called the phone just rings and no one answers.

No one answers the emails either.

I found that they are not just doing this to me but to other people

I think it would be a good idea to not purchase anything from this company at all.

they do not honor they refunds or their product.
