KFYI, 3 On Your Side - Microphone Mutts, Dismissive, No Consumer Interest, Refusal to Respond Phoenix Arizona
I have been ripped off by American Auto Management - a vehicle subleasing company that turned out to be a total scam. In my efforts to appeal to the media, namely KFYI Radio and 3 on Your Side news, the place that hides more stuff, I've been sorely disappointed.
I have sent emails and even packets of documentation, but have not received one response. I emailed 4 different hosts at KFYI and none of them seem to really care about their listeners and helping others to avoid a similar scam.
It seems that the auto advocate Stick that posts all the time on ripoffreport.com is right - these guys are nothing but Microphone Mutts! The media is so concerned about advertising money from the big car dealers, that they won't touch any story relating to vehicle scams. The scam I'm a victim of is from a small, single owner business so the media would have nothing to lose.
They'll talk about everything else BUT this kind of stuff. Thinking the media was a consumer advocate, I have been hugely disappointed at the lack of response or concern.

I think I know why NONE of the KFYI and Clear Channel radio talk show hosts WILL NOT expose car dealer scams and Rip Off's I have been a consumer Advocate for MANY years. I have pounded the net, talk raio and TV stations to try to get them all to help expose car dealer that Rip Off car buyers nationwide. I have tryed to GRIND the following Talk show hosts listed below to help me and Rip Off Report expose car dealer scams. The following talk show hosts have never been willing to help Rip Off Report expose scams in the auto indusrty. I think I found out why! A guy by the name Red McCombs who owns the Clear Channel Radio company also owns many car dealers himself. I am sure that Red McCombs does not want any of his Talk show hosts exposing any car dealers that might have a BUCKET LOAD of Rip Off Reports. I have NEVER met a MEDIA MUTT that has balls except Howard Stern. Now go google a guy by the name "Red McCombs"!

This is in response to Tiptons concern, you know, New Times in your area always is looking for a good story to exploit. I think they do a really fantastic job with it, too! also, letters to the editor are a way to get your opinion out. I also know what it feels like to get taken for a "ride" on a vehicle purchase. It stinks. Expecially when you now have to ride the bus because your car is a POS and you are still making car payments for the next 20 years!!!(exaggeration of course) anyways, I feel your pain, hey! don't let these snakes get away with it!

Tipton How much do you think it costs a car dealer for a full page Ad in a newspaper/ maybe $5000 everyday. Maybe $7000 a day? Who knows. many new car dealers will run a full page Ad Friday, Saturday and Sunday 4 times a month. let's say it costs $5000 a day and a New car dealer Runs the same Ad for the whole weekend. Right there is $60,000 a month just from one car dealer. Now multiply that by say 10 car dealers. That my fellow Americans comes out to $600,000 a month, Not counting the small Ads. I Hope many feel the same way I do about car dealer Rip Off's. Car dealers use the media as a direct pipe line to car buyers. The Car dealer Rip Off starts long before a car buyer gets to a car lot. Tipton try to find a local form of the media that will expose car dealer Rip Off's. Go to this Rip Off Report and look at all 3 pic's.
