Russ Anderson started work with KGP/ Bluestream Pro Services in Jan 2018. Russ then brought un subcontractors he could recieve money from. In the shortterm Russ ordered materials from buddies under KGP however he recieved money in the backend. Russ also misplaced 182k of naterials on 1 project Russ has scammed others since the 1990s and his past has slowly found him
