Logo Design Cafe Their Logo Service is a Scam Somewhere in India Internet
First off, they are all Indian people using English aliases. The guy assigned to me was Michael Bradford. I hired them to design a logo for my website. They assured me that if I am not satisfied by their work I'll get my $50 back. They tried to sell me parts of the package separately by asking for more money. I told them that their website states that everything is included in the package. So, they agreed and offered everything in the $50.
The logos they designed were horrible. They simply picked up some clipart from the internet and wrote my website's name underneath it. That was all they had to offer.
I requested my refund and they started throwing explanations at me. I had a deadline to meet. Eventually they guy Michael Bradford vanished from the scene. He doesn't reply to my messages and if I call somebody tells me that he is not in office and he is the one who can issue my refund.
I was deceived by some of the intelligent sample logos on their website. Clearly, those logos haven't been made by them.
I am not sure but I have a feeling that they have mulitple websites on internet with different names. Their logo design packages are more or less the same.
I am contacting my bank to help me get my money back.
