The complaints mentioned in this report never happened. I never had a tenant that this happened to. This name is not anyone I ever rented to. We have been in business since 1990 and have an A+ BBB rating. This person likely did not get a security deposit back and was angry. If they are legitimate what is their name? I would NEVER CALL A PERSON AND SAY THEY WOULD GET EVICTED. This is not the way this would happen. We are not slumlords. My issue is that they mention my name and all these years later it shows up on a Google search of my name. They do not say who they are or where they rented from us. I never had any of these conversations with anyone. There are incorrect phone numbers, photos and it mentioned me personally but I never had this kind of dealings with a person.
"She told me I was a low life slacking tenant and playing games. They have their own game going on and how to screw renters out of their deposits so they can keep monies for themselves and re-rent again to some other poor ignorant family." 1) We would NEVER speak to a customer that way and never have. 2) The owner would receive any claimed deposits not the property manager.
"She put me and my family out on the streets of St Petersburg Florida. I have rented from her since 2009. She lied and had my family and us move into a BUG INFESTED and RODENT filled apartment. I have children. I asked her to correct the problems over and over again and for 6 months we continued to live in filth." So, she says I put her in a bad home, she moved out after 6 months AND THEN I tell her "I have a beautiful home after one year" for her and her 4 children? That is a false statement. So she rented from us, was unhappy and then a year later rents from us again? We rent homes for owners. We do not "shop" for tenants. There is no way the other property manager and I shared a tenant. There is no way this person would call the offices and speak to me I am a property manager and real estate professional out in the field. Deliquent tenants get delivered 3 Day Notices as per Florida statute. No professional real estate company would call a tenant and threaten eviction. We maintain our properties for the owners we work for. Which brings up another point. We manage and rent homes for the owners. We do not own the homes. If a home had defects and a person had to vacate it would not be my personal fault.
I can assure you that I have never had the situations described in this report happen to me. You claim to provide free speech but my rights to free speech are squashed. How can I reply to a vague report about facts that never happened? I am the victim here and I wish to file a report against this person. Their alias makes me unable to do so. I can show you dozens of tesimonials about me personally and they are all positive. There is nothing to support these claims or facts anywhere. This report is affecting me personally and professionally. This website should not be about personally attacking a hardworking mother. I am a tenant too yuou know and have a family to support. This malicious untrue report is affecting me personally and professionally.

Kim Im sorry to say that THIS SITE never removes a post. If YOU wish to have YOUR personal information removed YOU will have to contact them on RoRs contact section. YOU are correct in that this person HAS defamed YOU personally. Im betting it was due SOLELY to the FACT that this poster NEVER read what they were signing. What this poster has done IS actionable and I would encourage YOU to take up this fight. YOU need justice because this poster does NOT have the right to defame another citizen like they have. I suggest that YOU get a lawyer and take this person for EVERY penny they have or will EVER have. I would also suggest that YOU print up copies of WHAT they have written for YOUR personal records. While RoR is an EXCELLENT consumer site some people just cant help acting like a child. They will abuse RoR even though RoR expressly condemns and editorially REDACTS posts, some posts still get through of a nature that is actionable. I have been a RoR user for almost two years and I can tell YOU that what this person is doing is REVENGE.

This complaint has many errors. First of all our lease clearly states that pest control is the tenants' responsibility. If the tenant had bugs as they claimed it was their fault and only their fault. Second of all if we evicted them and/or kept their security deposit they had a right to dispute it and appear before the judge. If they did dispute it and the judge denied it then the eviction/ collection upholds. Third of all the homes are rented AS/IS. If the property had flaws the tenant signed a lease that said they have inspected the property and are accepting it as is. If you would tell me the name I can gather the lease and other documents. Without the name I am being unfairly accused with no way to defend myself. Finally All County and I represent owners. So if this tenant has a complaint it is not me personally or even All County. I therefore respectfully request that my name and photo is removed from this report as their are no facts that support the complaint that I did anything wrong. I have a spotless online record and I do not appreciate this personal attack on my character.
