Kim Harris for Cool Blue Talent Kim Harris Got Paid by Harrah's Casino, But Did Not Pay Me for the Actual Photo Shoot Las Vegas, Nevada
Kim Harris's office contacted me Dec 13th regarding a photo shoot for The Harrah's Casino property for Dec 17-19 and if I were available, and I was available the 17th and so that's the date Kim Harris booked me for. I was excited the extra money is truly what I needed at the time. The shoot came and went, I was there at 7:20am, I went straight to makeup, finished and left at 11:20. I called Ms Kim Harris a week later to see about payment and was told she had 30 days to pay, I said ok.
A month later I ran into the photographer's assistant from the shoot and she told me Cool Blue Talent was paid, Kim was cut a check the day after the shoot, so for me to call her right away and use our conversation, so I called her office again and was told by her staff that she was having banking issues and she claims to be broke( not my problem). I called Ms Kim Harris the next day and she answered her phone, I told her who I was and I was seeking payment for my work. She told me she was driving and that she would call me back and she never did.
I called Ms Kim Harris again the following day, she answered her phone again, but this time putting me on hold for approximately 10 minutes and had me on her speaker phone, I waited, she finally picked the phone up, but claimed she had no real memory of me or the job and that she had to check with her accountant to she if she was paid and if there was a check already sent to me, at this point I'm thinking this lady is crazy!!
I started telling her how unprofessional I thought she was and how I couldn't believe that she was ripping me off like this, she told me that I was yelling at her and that she was not able to look up my information. This crazy conversation happened a week ago today and I still havent received my $100.00 an hour pay from Ms Kim Harris not even a phone call, I was still hoping.
