Kimpton Sir Francis Drake Hotel Sir Francis Drake Hotel San Francisco Room theft told me not to file a police report to filing back home then the detective told me that they know better that I had to file in person. San Francisco California

Faulty locks credit cards and a Rolex watch was stolen. There was no security cameras or security guards at this hotel was lied to by front desk staff told not to make a police report in person.. Company sent me to an insurance company insurance took no liability Just get the runaround from this ” five star hotel " very unsafe zero security.
