Placed my order for a Birthday floral arrangment to be delivered on 9/25. Provided all the required information as well as specific delivery instructions. Paid for the servise and logged off. Went home for the day assuming all was good.
Went to work on Thursday the 26th (her actual B-Day) and departed at the end of the day. Did not here or see anything from the florist. Figured my Step Mom would thank me when I called that evening to wish her a Happy Birthday. Come to find out that the flowers were not delivered as promised.
Returned to work on Monday morning and saw an e-mail from Kims Florist simply stating (Your order has been refunded"! No phone call to explain why, nothing in the e-mail to expalin why, just cancelled and refunded. I haven't checked my card statement yet to see if in fact it had been refunded as the ticket states it takes 5 - 8 business days to show up in my account. I will follow up then.
Piss poor way to run a business, if in fact it's a business at all. They don't answer the phone, and when you leave a message they won't return your call. They also do not reply to any e-mails sent to them and I have yet to get a failed to deliver message.
Totally pissed!
