Kincaid Home Furnishings Ripoff warranty fraud and 1000 excuses Montgomeryville Pennsylvania
after purchasing a leather sofa and a fabric sofa in june of 2004 and then waiting for it for 16weeks , not the 8-10 that was promised, i finally received the furniture, about a month later the fabric started pulling away from the fabric sofa and the dye on the leather sofa seat cushions started to spot and the down filling started coming out the seams!
i notified kincaid and was told numerous times that they were going to take care of it, without mentioning any names, my salesperson who i will nickname "miss excuses" said people were either sick, factory was closed, nobody would return her calls, the list goes on and on. finally i contacted corporate which is grossmans furniture, there were some rays of hope but this hope never materialized after lisa told my wife that they were
thru with us and not to call again, all i wanted was my furniture replaced and i even waited approx 2 months for them to do anything, i would never ever buy furniture from kincaid, all they want is your money and thats it
