King Koil Mattress Company, King Koil King Koil \ Dixie Bedding Company failed to disclose the how warrantee works Miami Florida
I brought this mattress in 2006 from the Dixie Bedding Company on 4800 N.W. 37th ave Miami. The mattress has a big lump in it and when I went to try to have my warranty honored they expected me to to ship the mattress boxed freight pre paid in Miami.
After I sent them 20 picttures of this item and agreed to honor it when they recieve the the mattress they will then inspect it to find out if it's defective in the manufaturers opinon. They will keep the mattress for four business days when I will have nothing to sleep on and the mattress will be returned by freight that I will have to pay. If this was not so impossable it would be a joke. This is a $2000.00
