I first contacted King of Cars Automotive Group LLC on Saturday, February 6, 2010 requesting to purchase a vehicle. I was advised that I would be able to acquire a vehicle on Monday, February 8,2010. I test drove a vehicle and because the amount the seller was trying to sell it for was more than my financed amount the owner, Brian Ellis, advised me that he would go to an auction and see if he could get a similar vehicle for less money. Because Brian Ellis did not talk with the owner of JDS Clearance Outlet, the vehicle was sold to someone else, unknown to me.

I did not receive a vehicle until Friday, February 12, 2010 after paying a $1000 down payment and it was not the vehicle I was originally suppose to receive. Upon taking the vehicle to Firestone to have it checked out, I was informed that there was a problem with the air conditioning hose and the conveyor belt costing $700 in addition to needing two new tires, an additional $120. I was trying to go out of town to my Godmother's funeral so I paid for the tires and the mechanics told me not to burn the air and I would be fine to travel.

Upon finding out this information, I made Brian Ellis aware of the situation. Brian came and picked up the vehicle from my job on Thursday, February 18, 2010 to have it serviced by a mechanic he knew and I have not seen the vehicle since then. My pocketbook was in the trunk because I work at a jail and am unable to take it inside and I have been fighting since Thursday, February 18, 2010 to try to get my belongings back. I have filed a police report with Cobb County, where the business is located for theft of my property.

Gratefully, because I didn't sign a contract with the finance company, I am not locked into a car payment. However I have spent $700 for insurance, $1000 for the downpayment for the vehicle, and $120 for two tires all for a vehicle I do not have in my possession. Brian promised to have another vehicle to me and still has not delivered it.
