I ordered two knives from this company. After an extended period of time I requested to know when I would receive my order. As it turned out I received one of the knives the following day with no explanation as to why the short order. I e-mailed them and there response was "the item was no longer available and I could either pick something else or receive a refund" I chose refund. This was back in early August. After numerous e-mails and assurances that my refund would be issued to date I still have not received my refund. I have filed complaints with the BBB(which has close to 500 complaints on KOS, The FBI's Ic3 reporting method, and the Federal trade commission. In as much they are supposedly only an hour away. I intend to visit the local Police department, the Marietta chamber of commerce and the Marietta city council. I believe this "company" is operating out of the trunk of a 73 chevy and may be hard to find. They move around a lot. But this is now more than just a refund. It's a quest.

have you tried your local department of justice, file a complaint on line, they will get in touch with that company and have them fix what the broken. or suffer the bad outcome. go get em
